My immi accnt now changes to further assessment from initial after one day of submission of documents asked by co .... anyone have knowledge what she will do now ..... more documents or new overseas pcc nd medical bcz its allready 16th month ......

My nom refused ... i also reapplied nd after 14 months nom approved ... waiting for visa result now ... also applied aat ... intervy done nd judge was happy nd she told will give nom result soon but my new nom approved

I am in similar situation as well. 

First they ask for different questions related to visit Nd then I submitted my documents Nd after submission they refused in approx 10 days ......pls request for foi from Immi ..... u will get the information what was provided to ur co by the guy who visited

Another 186 nomination  refusal case here. Case officer refuse my nomination because of training benchmark not paid through company account. But it was paid by company account but transaction showing on next month statement.because cheque present to bank following month. So there is nothing wrong with this issue. The thing I am worrying about is my medicare. When my visa is going to be refused, m I illegible to get medicare facilities. Because my wife is pregnant and private health insurance has 12 month waiting period.

According  to me according to my knowledge ......when. U will be on aat for both nom Nd appl ... u can have Medicare ......so no need to withdraw application Bca when they cancel application then apply aat .....just give aat document to Medicare office......it can show on ur file that ur application cancelled one ever   So u can ask ma .....but if rules change then it’s possible that u can’t put d file again.......

It’s depends on ur situation .....normally employers and employees have different hearings.....as I requested to extend the date of my hearing, but d co told my agent that no need of combined hearings so she delayed mine but nom hearing for my employer is on same date

Actually there was one more guy woking wid me nd he applied after me with same docmnts, so i told my ma put both again and nom is allready 14 months ago, my aat asked for doc after exact 18 months . You can ask ur ma or any concerned person

My ma told me they can not reject my file Bca they postponed my hearing....but i will go to India on 10 th after hearing, if my ma happy with result or conversation then I will go and my wife will go this week

Hi gys ... one very imp ques ..... I applied aat after ens refusal .. now aat have hearing of nomination and my application. We postponed our hearing but business hearing is on 10 sep ... actually on 11 sep we are going for marriage in india..... now we scared to leave Australia bcz if they refuse nom then will they allow us to come back .......,.,,i have bridging visa b , i also applied for new nom and ens visa again one year ago ..... what to do 

Its depends on luck ...I know people whose business shut down after appling nd they got pr in 6 months....its on luck

I've encountered a major problem in my own application stemming from a typo in an employers reference. Hoping a DE applicants who used VetAsses might be able to help; do you know if they count employment that lasted for under 6 months in a skills assessment application? 
My employer mistook the dates of my employment as 2014-2015 instead of 2015-2016, and VetAssess gave me an assessment of over two years from 2014-2016...despite only having the documentation for only one year. This has left me in a sticky situation where I am now going back to VetAsses to have my skills assessment redone with corrected statement, but now need the 3 months of an old job in order to satisfy the experience requirements...
Also, one of the requirements of the 186 DE is to hold a positive outcome skills assessment at time of application....I applied with the incorrect skills assessment letter unknowingly and will have to attach the corrected one if it comes back positive....do you think Immigration will deem it an invalid application due to the second corrected outcome letter being uploaded well after the application submitted?
any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated!! havent slept too well since picking up the mistake...

Yes bro only one week to go to complete 13 months period. Nothing heard. Ma told just wait immi say wait. :confused:Don't know what to do. We have only these 2 months to end of this year. God plz help us. And guys do we need to have the staff roster compulsory. My Ma told me that might be there any internal inquiry going on but don't know what that mea exactly. Bro if they visit then want the proof that you are working on the same position and may be your co is also waiting like my co for the site visit ....bcz every time when i call them they told me they are waiting for checks nd they visited two days ago so they want to check the things with ur name ....so that they confirm that u r doing same job for which you nominatddd....its my thinking bro bcz before the visit i was sure that they will never visit but they visited

They didnt ask anything at that time ...i was not at my workplace .....they just talk with my boss ....they asked any proof that i m working there...lol ....my boss told them am i look crazy ...that i am paying him without reason .....actualyy my boss is on pension and our buisnees profit is very yess this year so they asked him your profit is very less ....then my boss told them that its 40 years old buisness nd sometime that thing happens.....they just ask him what we did yesterday and the recipts of work .....now i m waiting for response from immi ......they visited at 11.45 am ....sorry guys for late reply ....i was in shock ...lol.....actually i am angry with employer that why he show very less profit .....but he told me u dont worry i am on pension...........guys what i m thinking ....immi visited after 1 year if they didnt visit before....its only my thinking

My employer just ring immi .....they told him that they are doing internal checks but he told my employer that in the end october or in nov they will open nom file again and will approve the nom ....he told him in max 28 days we will get the answer.........what i am thinking .....my employer didnt pay the bas at time from last sep 2015 ....he paid bas this sep 2016 for the whole last year ......may be when co opened nom file he checked that my emp didnt pay bas and he put the file on hold .......let see now when he open the file what he will do this time.....

And is still strife is on and it may delay more or what. Bcz I just checked on their site they said strike will be for 2 weeks. Anyone have any informations about this.

Asio is security check which is for our file may be ....but what checks are included in nomination .....actually he told me emp or ma can ring but they will get the same answer ...he told me .....did any of your employer tried to ring them....guys what i am thinking ....we will get it soon ...bcz when i told him is it possible for one year more then he start laughing nd told me no way ..he also told me he will put note in my file that its allready one year .....he told me it took so long only if there is any big problem or mrt

Hi sep 15 guys .....i called immi today ...the guy was really good he talked to me for more than 20 min ...he checked my all the cert ...he told me the police check and health checks can be extended bcz its allreadyome year ...i told him what can be the max time for approval ....then i told him it can be one year more lol...then he replied no its not possible ...but they are only waiting for nom checks ...he was also confused that why my file is delayed so long ....he told me he will put notes that its allready too long ...he was again saying i m really sorry for that long wait ......he told me everything is done in my file only nom is the reason.....dnt know what to do

Nothing bro .....I don't know whats wrong with only sep files ....my friend applied in march nd he allready got his pr three weeks ago .....i called immi ..but they just told wait ....it's really very bad for the sep applicants ...did anyone ma know d reason of this delay bcz my ma is also very confused
