Sent my eoi on 15th June. Production engineer 60 pts !

Now sending the docs ! Any ideas how long could it take after applying ?

Hi everybody...

I want to ask about the current process to obtain a parent visa. I want my mother to get one. I'll soon get my PR and my brother will get his citizenship. So my Mother will be living alone back in our country.

I heard about the contributory parent visa which cost around $50k-60k aud. and takes long time. is this correct?

are there any other options?

It's certainly possible and there is a good chance. However, be prepared to await the September round due to only having 60 points.

Thks CaptainC, I heard it is possible to see the list of occupations and the points with which people were invited in the previous round. do you know where can I find that?

My agent sent the eoi last 15th June for 189 as Production engineer with 60 points. Do you think I could get a invite on August?

Also I see you improved your points by doing the PTE Academic is that one easier to get better result compared to ielts?
