Immi account status still showing Received for my wife but we both received approval letters.

I think it is too early to panic, I have seen someone posted in another forum that they have received approval letter even their application status wasn't changed to approved

I applied in January 2020 and received test invitation in March, test date was 3 April , which has been cancelled due to Covid19 . Now waiting.....

Do not count on me as I'm not sure, but I think they will only ask you originals of what you have attached. If you attached the birth certificate without surname, then I suppose that is what you want to take with you.

My surname is not printed on my birth certificate, anyone have any idea what documents should I take with me at interview?

I have applied for citizenship and my surname is not printed on my birth certificate but it is printed on my passport. Anyone have any idea ,if it would be a problem?
