We are in the same boat.We are here with the 457 Visa and my hubbys occupation has now removed.If its still possible to apply for PR after two years?

Yes is not approvet yet,he say me there is nothing what he can do with the time frame.They have look into the nomination and visa,or they push this on site until the SBS is approved?

Thank you for your reply.We wait next friday 90 days only SBS approval.It is possible that they make a decision for all 3 stage togheter?

My husbands timeline

23 January employer applied for sbs approval

23 March MA send required information to Immigration

7 April Ma has Nomination lodged

12 April Ma has 457 Application lodged and received acknowledgement letter.

Is this normal that sbs approval taking so long?

We are from Switzerland but apply from New Zealand.
