Just one question please. Is case officer for nomination and visa same or different ?

Expression of interest lodged 29/10/2015 code 222311 Financial investment advisor. State WA. Waiting.

Case officer asked for just about all the documents to be resubmitted. Not sure why. And then full medicals even tho medicals were done for a student visa in March. Also spouse proof of English. But all is good now. Now we are waiting on my sons 190 visa. These visas are really stressful.

PR Visa granted today. So so happy.

PR grant on: hoping this week (146 days as of 23 Nov)(total 279 days)

Did did immi ask you for medicals or are you going for medicals before they ask. We did medicals for a student visa in March this year, would we need more medicals.

I applied 6 th Feb and have heared nothing yet. It's been 4.5 months. I was hoping to hear something this week but with immigration been on strick who knows how long we are going to wait.

Requested docs of Nomi - 11 May.

Add docs - 25 May.

Nomination approved - 17 June. (37 days after)

Visa - still waiting....

Centre - WA Perth..

Occupation - Other sports Coach or Instructor..

vissa and nomination applied on 14 jan 2015

vissa granted on 27 may 2015 with no further docs requested

Just remembered it is a business application so it was a paper based application. It's been 6 months so hopefully I only have to wait another 3 months or so.

Regarding my daughters 187 we have not heard any thing yet. Nomination application lodged was 6/2/2015.

Go to Immigration websitw and create your new account. Then login into your account and fill all the fields required. Then you will be able to see your status.

If I create my own account and import my application will my agent still have access and see what is happening. I still need them to be in control.

I would like to find out.

if my application was submitted by an agent, how can I track my application. Can I set up my own immi account.

We have applied in WA and the position is a nursery manager (plants) I also hope it does not take that long. The application is my daughters. She is on a secound student. This waiting is very stressful.

I applied in Feb and we're still waiting for the approval. Here's my timeline

 

Nomination and Visa Lodged - 3rd Feb 2015

Nomination Approved - 4th April 2015

CO allocated and request for medical for my kids - 13th May 2015

medical exam booked - 18th May 2015

and Waiting......
