No as yet, I'm waiting for CO.........

I have applied end of April 2015 and front loaded everything. I have not been contacted by CO yet. Kindly let me know, How can I find whether my CO allocated or not by my imm account. As it says still application received.

Some people said that granting date may shift to July 2015. Is there any possibility to get outcome before that?

The whole family must have lived, worked and studied only in the designated area as holders of 489s but only the main applicant for the 887 (i.e. you) needs to have met the 2 years living/1 year working in the designated area requirements for eligibility to apply for the 887. As long as the rest of the family have lived, worked and studied only in the right location and hold 489s, there is no need for them to have done so for 2 years.

I have moved first and my family has joined later (after one year).

Since I have lived two years and my family members have lived one year in designated area at the time of applying 887 visas, are there any problem to obtain the 887 visa for all of them?

Thanks, I am just worrying whether they are going to change requirements of 887 visa that may be blocked the path of PR once I got the 489 visa in future.

Any way I will think positive and accept the challenges.

In my acknowledgment it was said that processing time is 8 weeks. I received a feedback exactly by the end of the 8th week. So most probably you will have to wait 3 weeks more. Most probably you will receive a positive feedback. Good luck!

I am new to this Forum.

I applied EOI in first week of March and received acknowledgement from NT on March 20, 2015.

The correspondence from them clearly mentions at resent EOI processing would take 10 weeks. Hence, am expecting around 3rd week of May 2015.

Does anyone has idea to what extent these approximate time are correct..?

They may not take 10 weeks even though they mentioned as 10 weeks in their ack letter. They are very quick. I got my one 5 to 6 weeks though letter was mentioned 10 weeks.
