Oh really,my MA sent an email earlier but after that I have not heard anything..maybe I should talk to my MA in couple weeks about sending another e-mail again..I am really stressed..thanks for remembering me @Ea2015,hope you are enjoying your new life

No not yet @Ea2015 ,by the 21st 8 months have gone,I do not know how long more I have to wait..so stressed:(

Maybe you should ask your MA to send email to your case officer!

For me was too long so I asked my MA and he sent email to them and then in two days we got the results.

My timeline for 187 visa is:

14th August 2014 Applied for RCB

19th September RCB was approved

28^th October nomination & visa lodged

Medical done on 16^th December

Additional information for nomination requested on 18^th March

Additional information for visa requested on 25^th March (form 1221)

All the additional information were lodged on 26^th March and again on 16^th April by MA

Last updated on 30/04/15 - inviting to comment on REFUSAL of nomination due to not receiving the requested docs.

On 25^th May immigration accepts the proofs &consider to review the file again.

Nomination & Visa Approved 16/07/15

Applied onshore

High risk country

Parramatta & Perth Office

Occupation: Quality Assurance Manger

The processing time 8.5 months

Yes , they asked adds and we sent twice in timeframe but they haven't received apparently. We proved them that we had sent and the manager asked the case officer to review the file.

Yes , I applied both nomination & visa on 28th October 2014. I have been waiting for 8.5 months to get the outcome.

I know how hard is waiting , hope everyone hear good news very soon.

@Ea2015 Yesterday I got consultation from another immigration lawyer about my visa application for a second opinion and a peaceful mind.He said that all my paperwork seems fine and would be satisfying for the immi department and finally he said that NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS...so do not worry, having no news so far may be a good sign...

@Ea2015 they did not say anything although I tried to ask them before they hang up the phone..all I got was my MA should have contacted with them in regards of any information enquiry..My MA did contact with immi but all we have been told is the application was on asses..I do not know what to do because I feel now that my MA is not following up my case,I have to push her to do anything with my file all the time..and now it is already 8 months..so frustrating...

I have got similar condition. I don't know why the case officer didn't receive the email for adds. My MA sent them twice. The we had to wait for one month to prove them that we sent adds and another 44 days to see what is the case officer decision!

still waiting and it is harder when I don't know how long more should wait......

How do you know the immigration department is under strike?

That's 8 months why so much mate ?

I know. I have applied for both on the same day. everything was going well until the immi asked for additional information which were sent by MA but the nomination was refused because the case officer hadn't received those.( MA sent them twice in the timeframe) after refusing we put the comment. The manager has accepted our proofs and asked us to wait for final decision . After 30 days we haven't received any news yet.

still waiting which is really hard. Today is 30th days.

You are getting close and closer. In my case I am not sure which day the Immi is going to review my file. As the case officer refused the nomination because she hadn't received the adds while my agent has sent them twice in the timeframe.

After one month waiting with stress the manager of them accept our comment & proof and give the file back to the case officer which was 25 th May.

hopefully hear good news soon as it is near 8 months
