Hi, applied for the visa on 25th of February.  Had the medical on 17th of March. Have you parents gone through medical yet?

Hi Guys,

I have applied 870 parents visa for sponsorship approval on 17th December. Guess its gonna take more than a year, after getting the sponsorship approvals to submitting sponsor application, (according to the website).

Can i apply for my parents Visitor visa in between and bring them over? and if the 870 approved what should i do?  and if the medical or Police clearance required, can i get it from here?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. parents got no one back in India and i really want them to bring over here.

I am australian citizen and getting married to a nurse in India with more than 3 years of experience.

Does she has to get 7 bands in IELTS to get registered or for work purpose or is there any way to get rid of.

Positive suggestions will be much appriciated if there is any loop hole or excemption.

Hi guys, Does anybody here know the average waiting time to get a citizenship ceremony date in the Wyndham council? I called immigration today and I was advised that because Wyndham vale has a large migrant community, it might take more than 6 months for me to get a ceremony date. If there is any other applicant here from the same council, please share your timeline. I would appreciate that very much.
