when you organise for a container to transport your stuff, what happens when it gets to Oz. Do you have to have a unfurnished rental ready for drop? or is there anytime to store?

basically we're going out there in Aug 2015, ST rental for 4 weeks whilst we find a Long term Rental - does this seem OK?

Also what size is normal for a family house............. 4 bedrooms
