My personal feeling is if you can hold onto it I would, if you can afford to. It's not being negative but a fair % of people return to the UK and it gives them a comfortable base if that is the case.

JLR in solihull announces 1300 new jobs .....i know some of the lads that work there and you could work 24/7 if you wanted it ....they have some fantastic stuff in the pipeline ....i think these jobs are for new jag suv ? ....that i was told about 18 months ago ......i heard they will be £100k .......what a motor though ....we are starting to "out german " the germans for quality and reliability

Yes it is excellent news, manufacturing seems to be doing well with lots of investment and expansion in various sectors. As you say they are building a product at least as good as the Germans and that translates into the numbers you see on the road.

Not for me, it would be an Aston Martin or a Jag before the other 2.

When people think of the ideal car after a red Italian or rear drive German its British. Somehow its always a B after a G (GB)
