I'm breaking my lease with 4.5 months remaining. The agency has agreed for someone to take over the remaining lease period.

The unit is an unfurnished studio current renting at $400.00 / week. Very convenient, less than 1 minute walk to Central Station. Less than 20 minutes walk to the CBD. You can search for the unit at the realestate site, and let me know if you are interested.
