Doesnt sound like you will be able to go on your sisters application as a dependent family member. Majority of dependent family members are children of the parents who are migrating, even adult children find it very difficult to prove dependancy. Chance of you proving dependancy on your sister who has just finished being a student prob non existent.

With ACCA affiliate status i will not be able to get positive assessment........

You are dependant on your parents first.....if they were both dead and she was supporting you financially (paying every bill for your support...housing, food, schooling etc. and has done for at least 12 months...that is what needed. Given your parents are a

ove...if either of them are working, you are not your sisters dependant.

Most of the occupations assessed by TRA like plumbing etc , there is no way to get these qualifications (AQF III) from australia because there is no institute offering certificate III in plumbing , ac and fridge electrician , mechanic etc to foreign students , because along with these qulification you need a 4 year apprenticeship and there is no visa allow foreigners to come to australia and do apprenticeship.......

She can't be the main applicant if she's not willing to migrate to Australia.

Yes she is not willing to live there forever but she is willing to go sometimes for a visit......better for me to talk to a consultant , i don't want to do anything illegal...........

It says you would need to be a dependent. Are you dependent on your sister? Are you wholly or substantially reliant on her for financial support and your basic living needs ( food, shelter and clothing)?

She support me for sure but not only she everyone support me as i am youngest member my parent and other bros , and according to the requirements given on that page to prove i am dependent on her i can prove that i am dependent on her...........

The family members that a main applicant of 189 visa add in his application will have same freedom of PR as main applicant ?? Or there will be some restrictions for partners compared to main applicant ?? Will they work and study like a PR ??

My elder sis recently finished BDS (Bachelor of dental science) and i am thinking to make her main applicant as she have qualification + good english , and add myself as bro partner , she is ready to be the main applicant , but she is not willing to go Australia as she have got a good job here , Will this way work ?? Main applicant stay here and partner go as PR ?

Is it necessay for partner to do ielt + skill assessment or it is just for extra 5 points (partner skills) ??

Yes. I did use my ACCA qualification as the equivilent of abachelors in my application, and this have me the points I needed. They assessed it as equivilent to an Australian bachelors degree, and I was granted my visa without any hurdles.

 

As I said, the only information I gave to my agent to supply as evidence was my certificate of membership and exam trascript.

 

These threads would be so much more useful if those that have no experience in the matter at hand didn't chime in to confuse and scaremonger!!!

Hi , This is not the point you are talking about , all people know ACCA is recognized as australian bachelor , the point is why budeman got 10 points on his ACCA membership and why they are asking him for bachelor hons certificate as ACCA himself equal to a bachelor..............

I am also an ACCA member with no any onther degree , I have not yet applied for visa but will do it when i will get 7 bands in ielt , But i am scared that i might face the same situation as you are facing , So finally what result you got ??? And how many points you claimed ?? IMO if you had used an agent you might not have faced this situation as using an experianced agent give good and desired result.

i know a family member who is ACCA member with no degree. You will have to sit the Academic IELTS test with minimum requirement of 7 in each band and get your skills assessed based on work which you commenced after you became a member. If you get a positive assessment for the skills then you will get an invite depending on the amount of points you get. Good luck
