Cheers!
All online, I front-loaded it then had a request for Police/Medical checks in October. Apart from that, I had no correspondence from my CO.

Hey guys, just thought I'd let you know that my Visa has just been granted - 1 day under the 9 month wait!!! C/O was VF
-
Hey, who was your CO?
-
-
Ah that's cool, pleased for you!! To be fair, I'm not going until late August/September anyway, so not in too much of a rush... that doesn't stop me checking my emails every 5 minutes though
-
Congrats!! Who was your CO?
-
That's awesome! My CO is VF too - would be very happy with 9 months
-
Wow, congratulations! Who was your CO?

After 9 months and 3 days my partner visa (100) was granted today! Finally!! Yey!!!! :jiggy:
Congrats!! Who was your CO out of interest? 8.5 months for me today
-
That's great news, congrats!! I'm a fair way behind you, so not quite counting the seconds yet - we appear to share the same CO though!

8 month mark passed yesterday! Expecting to wait until 9 months, yet quietly checking emails every 15 seconds
Lovely to see people getting their good news!

Hi Josh!
Don't know if this is helpful or not, but I've found if you contact your CO by replying to an email they've sent you (which just comes up as general Family Migration address etc) it seems to go directly to them. It must have been a while ago as I applied in June and never had a direct email address. Hope that helps! :-)
Hey!
That's good to know actually!! Thank you

I promise we won't - we're all pussycats on here with nice members. I've amended Josh's post and the quote in another post.
Ah thanks for that!! Now I know
-
Oh, I had no idea. I will see if I can amend my post. Sorry all.

Hey guys!! Just out of curiosity; at what point did they stop allowing applicants to email their case officers directly? My CO is VF, but I'm only able to go through the main Europe Service Centre. Not important, just curious.
Application submitted 15/07/14, so a while for me yet. Very lovely reading all your updates!!

Hey all!
Great seeing so many of you being granted your visas, very jealous. I myself probably have another 3-4 months wait.
Anyone on here who applied in July? Any of you guys that are nearer to being granted a visa travelled to Aus on a visiting visa? Just after some experiences
-
Haha, definitely know to be patient!! I'm generally impatient in most things, but I know with this one I'm helpless

Hey guys! Just been reading through pages of this thread, you all seem so nice haha!!
Partner Visa (309) submitted 15/07 - CO assigned 29/07 - documents front loaded, they then requested Medical/Police cert to be done on 15/10 which they now have both... so what happens next, just waiting I guess?
We were given an 8 to 9 months waiting time, so I'm expecting to (hopefully) get the visa March/April.
Any tips?
New(ish) to Baulkham Hills, anyone in a similar situation?

Hey!
My wife and I came to Sydney back in September with our now 21 month old daughter. My wife is Aussie and I'm British (from London).
I'm working full time and my wife is looking after our Daughter at home, working a few shifts a week as a swimming teacher.
Any other British/hybrid couples with a young child in the Baulkham Hills area? Laura (my wife) is really missing the UK, she feels like people were a lot friendlier there thus easier to strike up a conversation with.
Just sounding out the area, be great to meet with anyone for a few drinks/coffee!
Cheers,
Josh, Laura & Chloe.
