Amazing thanks! I emailed them last week and they've confirmed it for me to I'll take their email printed out just incase! We've booked our flights now for the 5th March so will arrive on the 7th. We're so excited although a little nervous! We'll be staying in Largs Bay when we arrive. I'll keep you all posted on our journey. Thanks again! X

Mine took just over 5 months but there are many more on here with a much shorter timescale. I had my PCC and meds in by the 5th of September and we received our grant on the 17th November. The waiting is so hard, but you'll get your visa in the end!

Hi @Wen66, my husband and I will be moving to Adelaide in March. It's taken is nearly 2 years to get out visa but we finally have it!

I have a question about baggage allowance. I guess you flew with Singapore airlines. What was their policy with a 1 way migration journey? Did you have to tell them at time of booking and what did they allow per person?

Hi @Tosya, My family and I are from the UK. We have family in Perth but are planning on moving to Adelaide. I hope so don't have to wait too much longer!

Hey @yrazvi, yeah we're still waiting. We lodged on the 11th June. CO allocated on 18th August, had meds, form 80 and PC checks uploaded by 5th September, on the 4th November, our case officer contacted our agent to say they were unable to load the form 80 and police checks so requested them by email. These were sent same day. Still no contact. Our immi account shows 'in progress' last update 18th August which is the date the CO was allocated.

I totally sympathise with you.

My agent says there is nothing to worry about too. But it is hard not to worry when so many others get seen to so quickly.

Any one else still waiting?? We have Adelaide team 6 processing our application. They contacted us last week saying they were unable to view the form 80 and PC checks due to a system issue, so they've now been emailed too. Anyone have a similar experience?

No, not yet. Our CO contacted us last week saying she has issues viewing our PC checks and Form 80. She asked us to email them which has been done. I just hope it doesn't take another 2 months for them to look at it again.

Did you sort the issue with the agent?

Hi @bleedinghurt, I doubt they can do anything to damage your application. I'm guessing the IMMI will now just start to communicate with you directly.

If I were you, I'd log in to your account, and ensure all the forms are uploaded correctly, and check your contact detail and on there. If your concerned, I'm sure you can email or call them.

Still no visa for us either.

My agent said it depends on your case officers work load.

We received contact from our CO last week.

Our documents (meds, PC & form 80) were all uploaded by 5th September.

Our CO contacted us last week to say, she had a system issue and was unable to load our PC and form 80. We've emailed them across now as requested.

It's good to know they have finally looked at it but so disappointing that we've needed to send it again. I just hope it doesn't take another 60 days to look at our application again.

Hi @bleedinghurt, I wish I had the answer. I have no idea why some people get seen to sooner than others. My agent told me not to worry as she said some case officers just gave higher workloads than others.

Try not to worry too much. I know It's easier said than done and I could do with taking my own advice must of the time, but hang in there.

Just remember you're not alone.

Thanks for your stories both, they sound pretty similar to mine. Ive only just joined this forum and I'm finding it so helpful. Just speaking to people in the same position really helps put my mind an ease!
