I think your employer did 186 which is good .. But if u applied for 187 u made a mistake ... Ring immi tom

Before that double check with tour employer which visa claas number you should go for.. I believe its 186 only.. Not 187

187 again comes with lots of conditions.. So why you want to go for 187 ??!!!

Yaa pricesamy is correct.. If u were on 457 u should go for 186 not 187

If its ma let him know.. He should know what to do next.. As far as my concern u should withdraw 186 nomination and apply again for 187 nomination

On immiaccount web page on the left bottom corner there is a submit application button,I applied via a migration agent but I imported my application on immiaccount webpage by myself to follow-up closer.

My question is,should I also click on that button...thanks in advance....

you can click on import application and get to see your application...but there is no need of touching submit button ...thanks

Have a quick question to ask. i was in NSW and applied for Victorian 187. the visa has been granted since Jan 2015. Now finally i moved to Victoria.

Do i need to inform the immigration regarding the change of address?

Do I have 6 months to start the employment from Jan 2015?

in visa obligations section we can see as follows

Your obligations You must meet the following obligations:

● commence employment within six (6) months of arriving in Australia as the holder of this visa or within six (6) months of the visa grant if you are already in Australia

so it will be ok stilldouble check with your MA

My MA has sent an email to case officer, mentioned about the immi system problem following his proof and sent all the adds again. The case officer replied that she has forwarded to her manager for consideration. No news yet. So worried and disappointed

Ok let's hope for good because I don't know how immi taking file because I have seen some feb file had been allocated , so stressed

I have a question

My CO asked for additional documents on 10th April.

my 28 days are completed today.

My employer didn't provide all the papers but only few with the explanation that the guy who organise documents, he is overseas for vacation. So as soon as he provide the papers, my MA will send utmost by Monday.

The question is will the CO consider this?

your MA should take extension from CO and get approval for extension from CO

Applied my rcb on january 12 approved on 28 of january. Applied nomination on feb 13 and application on feb 18.how long ll it take to get approved? i ve high risk passport.

Hi everyone,

After 6 months waiting I have heared the bad news. My nomination is refused due to not sufficent information . The additional documents request on 18 th March and all submitted to case officer on 27th March by MA. Apparently the case officer hasn't received them and when MA called her to check the progress she mentioned that. Again on 16th April before ending 28 days MA submitted to the case officer but she didn't receive them again.

Now my MA is invited for comment on refusal and he has got both acknowledgments from immi, hope they accept otherwise my file will be cancelled. Please pray for me, I am so worried [/Q

 

 

i am sorry to hear that... dont worry you will get it..we all wish and pray for you to get it..its not your mistake at all...so i am sure it is going to be posative..
