I've sent a few 'test' emails but had no replies whatsoever, does that mean i got blocked?...:/

I did try with a different email but its the same...

Lodged my 189 visa on 15th July, front-loaded everything including form 80, just waiting for a CO. Has any lucky one got CO assigned to already? I have a feeling it will be these two weeks but it's friday already
