PR granted today

so excited .

Our time line : normination and visa lodged 22/4/2014

hope our visa will be granted soon .Did our second police clearance and M A forwarded the police report to CO .

Just hopping this is the only thing the co was wailing for ,Its been more than 4 months now .

THIS WAIT IS VERY FRUSTRATING .

I have been asked by my co to do my Fijian police clearance again .

he is just waiting for that .once I will receive it than hopefully we will get out pr granted .

I am just waiting for my police clearance , hope by next week I will get that .

Ours co is also in Perth , hope they were able to locate our police clearance as the co couldn't find it .

I am getting frustrated now .its been more than four months know .

I've seen couple of complaints about this. = Police sent paper via mail and it went missing.

 

 

Best if you can grab a new one via someone in Fiji and get it scanned I suppose.

 

 

P.S: Appearetnly they are using 3rd party document scanning provider(converga?) using different address for physically sent documents.

Thanks but will they accept scan version of my police clearance or shall I get it done again .

Got a call from my ma saying the co couldn't find our police clearance from fiji. It was done in march and sent over .does this happened to anyone else .followed up with the Fijian police and according to them it was sent from their end .hope they can find it .

also found out our co is in Perth .

What office are you being processed at sikofbrit and Fiji?

We are in Sydney but our visa and nomination was lodged in brisbane .

Hi sikofbrit , when did you lodged your application ? Is is onshore application .

Its been almost 4 months for us .

Hi Jessiejam , we sumitted all our documents medical, police clearance all together.

haven't heard anything yet our nomination got approved two weeks ago .

Congrats Oz2be .we are still waiting for our visa .our application and nomination was lodged in April .

hope we get our visa soon.

TRT onshore application .normination and visa submitted at the same time .

People who lodged their 186 visa in may have been granted visa .we lodged our nomination + visa application together with medicals and police clearance in April but haven't heard anything yet .

our nomination got approved two weeks ago .Does any one know how long does it takes to grant visa once nomination gets approved .

Medicals Early April 2014 so long ago I've forgot

 

1st contact via email from CO 19.06.14 requesting

*Australian police check for myself and daughter - er already uploaded???

*UK police check for daughter - er she was not 16 in uk?

 

Email sent to CO 20.06.14, 24.06.14, 30.06.14 no reply so UK police check sent for anyway 21.06.14.

 

UK police check received and uploaded 07.07.14

 

Then on immi account status changed on eldest daughter Australian qualification required??? er still in school???

7 and 8 year old UK police check required????

 

Called office and after 1 hour on hold got told unless requested something in writing ie in the email we received these other things are not actually required is just a 'note' for CO.

 

No contact so another email sent to CO 21.07.14.

24.07.14 call from a woman who claimed not to be CO but stated that no police check required for youngest but Australian qualification for eldest was required, explained does not have any. So told to get a letter from school to state that at school.

 

24.07.14 Email for CO confirming the conversation we had earlier, er hang on during the call you claimed not to be the CO,TWICE maybe she just forgot who she was???

 

Letter received from head of school upload 30.07.14 with UK police check (for a third time) just in case.

 

Now we wait again.

Hi guys i have been following this forum for quite a long time and its been really helpful.

I am applying my PR through ENS temporary transition stream .

I have lodged my nomination and visa application together on the 22 /4/2014

I am using a MA ,we have provided all documents including medical and both police clearance ,now its time to wait patiently :biggrin:.
