Why can he not provide the checks, is he actively serving overseas? If it's a matter of taking longer than the CO has requested, you can let them know there will be a delay and when he can provide what's needed.

I submitted the PR applicaiton right now

my husband is non migrating dependents

but the case officer still need his Health and character check,

actually, my husband is work in army

and can not offer the documents as the co asked?

does anybody face such problems ?

According to the immi, if you apply your nomination and 186 at the same time, it will be the same CO. If you apply after the nomination approved, it may be the same CO.

My nomination for 186 visa is approved on 15 Jan 2014

and then I submitted the 186 application on 5 Feb and got the acknowledge letter on 7 Feb 2014

there is a case officer name on the 6th page of the acknowledge letter.

I wonder whether it means I get a case officer for my application?:GEEK:
