My apologies everyone, I'm moving house in a few days, so as you can no doubt appreciate, it's all getting a bit hectic! (Mind you, my move is only about 5km, so nothing like moving to the other side of the world!)

 

 

 

If you can truly get GBP20K for it over there, then I'd consider taking it rather than sending it over. Don't be surprised if the market is even harder there than you expect.
