Yes i already have positive skill assessment from acs and qualification accepted as major in it. Im asking about the visa as per the sentence they put in my letter.

No I dont have a degree. I have Microsoft certification, MCITP, MCSA in windows 7 from november 2012. It was assessed by ACS as a diploma in It major.

I have 10 years work experience as IT systems administrator and have Microsoft certification from november 2012.

I had my ACS assessment done and in the letter they put ' all listed employment after november 2012 are acceptable for your choosen skill as systems administrator.'

Does it mean I can only claim 3years as my work experience instead of 10 for a visa?

I'm looking to submit statutory declaration as one of my previous employers is unable to provide me with job description. I will be submitting skill assessment application to ACS.

Is anyone able to help me where to find the template for statutory declaration in UK? I have found Australian one, but on ACS guidance it say it should be from the country you are residing in.
