    Can anyone let me know about Helth benefits which can be availed for PR person?

     

    I am having 8 month baby for which i am allready done all vaccination till the time,

    To continue with the period of time, what i have to do? Will it free?

    For me it was impossible thing because of Overclaiming mistake which i did earlier but still got direct grant!!!

  6. Hi Everyone!,

     

    Any grant in these thread? I have applied on 28th Sep, 2014 but didn't heard anything. My Healthcheck shows its finilized but application is in progress. I have got CO allocated yet. As per the tracker everyone is getting within 2 month.

     

    I have frontloadded everything including form 80. Infact i did medical before loadging visa appliation to expedite the process.

     

     

    Should i call them? or shall i wait for anothr 1 month?

     

    This waiting time is killing me....

    Form 80 is ready but i am not uploading it as i heard some CO dont ask that a it is a overhead for them.

Yes i do heard that DIBP check experience history so i am providing them my previous companies experience letter and new company appointment letter ..I hope they don't want to get it assessed from acs even if i am using that experience for claiming exp points as dibp itself can check experience irrespective of ACS assessment.

     

    Have you made sure that you are only claiming experience with the original company from your 'Skill Level Requirement Met Date' as stated in your skill assessment result letter?

     

    If you won't be claiming points for experience with the new company, you won't need to go back to the ACS to have the additional experience recognised or checked.

     

    Even if you do need points for the work with the new company, you could provide evidence of that work to your CO without going back to the ACS. The primary role of the ACS is to ensure that you meet the skill requirements - additional advice they provide on years of experience in addition to the skills assessment is still checked by your CO.

  9. I was not working with them when acquisition happened. New Company has given me letter of employment in which my employment id is same as written on Old companies experience letter... will this be sufficient for CO?

     

     

     

    Did you get any letter from the new company when your (old) company was bought? I know when my company has purchased another company, we've given formal letters to all employees to confirm their employment is now transferred to new company, terms and conditions are the same, etc.

    I have been assessed by ACS for some period of time under one company ,

    After assessment i have changed my compnay. while Lodgment i have mentioned that and i have uploaded

    old company expeience and roles letter and all necessaary proof alongwith new company letters as well.

     

    My Asessment clearly states that i am suitable for my claimed occuption even without this new expericene which i dont need to get aseeseed to claim any extra points.

     

    Will CO asked me to get reassessment done again for this new company? According to DIBP

    only Assessment body is not required to assess the experience history. DIBP also can validate Empoyment histroy based on required documents has submitteed or not.

     

    Am i correct?

  11. I have worked in my first company (A) for 18 Months and got Assessed By ACS for that tenure on the name of New company which is taken over first company. As my roles and responsiblity letter was given on new company's letter head ACS has assessed it as a name of new compnay.

    Now if CO asked me to provide appointment letter, salary slips, TAx and bank statement all of these have old company name.

     

    How to convey this to CO?

     

    Releance is my Empoyeee number is same on all letter across new and old compnay.

     

    Will CO get convinced from this?

     

     

    Please reply if anyone has gone through this. New company is a BIG MNC which hav officess in OZ as well and they bought my first company .

     

    Shall i give CO link where Acquisition deal is mentioned?

  12. Hi ,

     

     

    One of my friend recently got the 190 for SA, but his company doesn't have currently vacancy in SA.

    They have openings in Sydney/Melbourne. Can he work there although he has submitted moral declaration to stay

    and work in SA for period of at least two years. He can come back to SA whenever their is opening and fulfill his obligation towards

    sponsored state. As per the law any employer can recruit him to any state across Australia where he can come back to his sponserd state after some time?

     

     

    Will it affect his citizenship prospectus?

  13. From what I've read, in your EOI you are supposed to enter only the relevant experience so it will calculate your points correctly. So if you worked from 2006-2014 but only the experience from 2008 is considered for points, then you enter 2008-2014. I'd suggest you speak with a migration agent as you may be faced with the refusal of your visa.

    I just replied to a PM on this issue, as follows:You are likely to have your application refused and forfeit the visa application charge you have paid. It is not possible to correct this.Some people in similar circumstances have claimed that when they were notified of an Intention to Refuse and invited to comment, their explanation was accepted. I have not been involved in similar case, none of my clients have been in this situation.

    Hi Wruseel,Thanks for sharing information. could you please suggest what can i do now?In the worst case of rejection when can i reapply as ACS assessment is valid for 3 years and IELTS is for 2 years. It just i have to loadge new EOI and New sponsership application again.WIll i be eligible to do this after rejection or will i get banned from applying any visa?
  15. Just a quick question, going off topic a little... if you have 70 points, why are you bothering with a 190 visa?

     

    Why not just go for a 189 visa? You will have no restrictions like having to live in a particular state, proving you have $x0,000 in the bank, and maybe others.

     

    Becasue my occuption was not on SOL its was on CSOL where nomination/sponsership required. I cant apply 189

  16. Nilesh, you have a lot of money at stake here and to a case officer it could look like you have lied about your points. I would suggest, as the others have done getting in touch and paying for the services of a migration agent. You wont find anyone on here who would be comfortable offering any other kind of advice. If you want to take the risk of doing it your way then that would be your choice...

    Thanks for the suggestion, i wrote an mail to DIBP officer with below content.

     

    Hi Respected Authority,I have some serious concern about my 190 Visa Application.

    Few days back i have lodged my 190 VISA application. Before to this i had EOI submitted with 75 as total points. Now while lodging application I come to know that i have total 70 points because of problem in the SKILLSELECT application while submitting EOI for calcualtion of points for experience.

    For example for non computer graduates person working in IT field for period of 7 years will have total experience as 3 years. Four years experience will get deducted from total experice to euqate with degree in computers.

    Now when we enter employment information in EOI submission, we enter from start of the carrer where SKILL SELECT calculate wrong points for experience.

    In my case EOI come with 75 Points while after loadgment i realisedit should be 70. On the basis of 70 valid points whichI have now i got Invitee as soon as i got state sponsership from Victoria.Now here i have not tried to give any false information togo ahead with race to get invitee for Visa.

    Now i have question What shoudld i do to avoid possible rejection of VISA?Shall i upload form 1022/1023? Will CO will consider my plea/Applicaiton for processing?

    Please suggest what to do? I am handelling my application on my own I dont have Agent who can guide me.

    I nver lied to anything, its a system problem how doest it calculate points. I dont need to lie even as i have 70 points.

  17. My Visa decision is still pending. Case officer was allocated and he requested additional documents.

    Since it was a genuine mistake, so DIAC will definitely consider it. Similar situation was faced by an applicant earlier this year and he was awarded visa... Please see the thread below.
