Dear all my friends, I am a regular follower of this forum. Just want to share my story with you. I have used a very unfaithful immigration lawyer and now I am suffering.I have applied my nomination and visa for 186 direct entry at 25th of June 2013 Sydney,Parametta office.Then my case officer assigned on 28th of august 2013,and after that 4th of September 2013 Case officer asked me for few documents through my lawyer. I have supplied what my lawyer asked me for and waiting for the result. Now suddenly after 2 months my idiot lawyer call me today, and told me to do police clearance,medical and form 80,these things were asked same day as 04/09/2013 but my lawyer did not tell me. And I just have 5 days left to do it. I did have provided medical and police clearance earlier with my application(old one). Now I wonder why my lawyer did not give me the proper information that I need to do new police clearance and medical ?Guys, Be careful with your lawyer, sometime they do play with you and you suffer. Pray for me so that I get all done with in this 5 days and can give you a good news soon.

Dont do medical for the baby until ask for( immigration will not ask), I have included my new born baby girl in my application just recently, immigration send me acknowledgement letter, and didn't ask for medical.

Hay Mate, you can know from your Immigration Lawyer whether case officer assign or not, because he received mail from immigration office when case officer assign on your file or you can call to immigration office to know any update on your file.

Guys, please update news.....we are going very slow here. Is there any news from direct entry( three years job experiences) applicent. Specially June 2013. I have a very unhelpfull lawyer to handle with, just hate him.

Finally I got my visa granted today! Here to share you all my information.

 

Visa applied - 1/7/13 : non-DRC / ENS186 - Transition Stream

Timeline:

 

 

 

• Applied for Nomination - 20/5/13 (NON-DRC)

• Nomination Granted - 8/7/13

• Applied for 186 Visa - 1/7/13 (NON-DRC)

• Case Officer Assigned - N/A (received a notice of visa grant from a CO of IMMI)

• Visa Grant - 17/9/13 (79 days waiting from visa lodged)

 

 

Other:

 

 

• Acknowledgment for both Nomination and Visa Received.

• Medicals examinations completed, Police Clearance Checks done (in advance). All required documents submitted.

Good stuff, congratulations, I applied on the 26th from a MA via Parramatta, haven't heard anything from my MA as yet.
