Thanks for response move2, but I heard if owner sale the company we don't need to work for rest of the time and we can go anywhere we want. This is for individual owner but I am not sure about franchise.

i got my 187 visa from one of the franchise company but now my owner going to sell that company, my main concern is May I need to stick with that company for rest of the time of 2 years period or I am free to go another company. Is there any different condition for franchise company .

Actually, i didn't mention full time or part time in my reference latter, but that was more than 2 years. Also I were doing two job in same time. same day ( when I got visa) co asked me about which one is my full time job? I e mailed them cook is my full time job. After 2 hour visa granted...

Can i ask?

Did the case officer ask you for 2 year expierence as you applied direct entry stream. And with cook occupation.

Sorry for late reply, they didnt ask me anything but when applied I submit more than 2 years' experience latter from my previous employer.

CO assign- 6 nov. And asked for few documents from employer Documents submited by employer- 13

novnomination and visa granted - 18 november*perth office

RCB applied: 16/05/13

RCB Granted: 31/05/13

Nomination Submit: 25/06/13 (Decision Ready)

187 Application Submit: 25/07/13

 

 

No news for case officer allocation, how to find it out???? My MA just provided login for visa application and I do not have the access for my nomination.
