  1. Hi

EOI first. If you are successful in your state sponsership they will mark your EOI as successful and cuts down waiting time. Otherwise you have to contact them afterwards with your EOI information and it takes longer.

As for the financial aspect of sponsership I have no idea. They state it as a requirement but I imagine it would be at their discretion. If they really want you they may overlook it provided you are close to the required amount. With regards to to finances it can include any house you own - they took our deposit into account from our mortgage and you can also provide details of cars you own and proof of their worth.

    Hope this helps

i don't imagine anyone on here will be able to tell you your chances. It's all up to the nt. People have been turned down for 190 for not having enough ties so I imagine it is up to their discretion at the time and the job role and anything else you are bringing to the table

  2. Hi! Could you please clarify if the meds are referred, the organize your health link does not disappear until after being cleared?

Had my medical done on 31Oct and that link was there until 20 Nov when my CO informed me my meds were referred. The next day, the link was gone and was replaced with ' no health exam required'. Is that the same thing with you when your referred meds were cleared?

    thanks for the help;)

The link will disappear once they have cleared. If yours has disappeared then they should be done. U can ring diac to check.

  3. Flipping heck, how much more could they want from you!?!

Keep positive though!!!! It sounds like you've done everything you can, so fingers crossed they're happy with the evidence and you get 'the' email very soon!!

i don't know. I've now run out of things to give her. She will either accept them now or reject our visa. Nothing more I can gather. Nearly every week she has been in touch asking for more. She didn't even ask for proof of hours worked initially! Our CO is very thorough!

  4. No news for us yet either. Having some trouble proving hours worked at previous job. It's not on payslips and hubby's wage was quite low because he had just qualified. Sent a statutory declaration, statement from old boss, reference stating full time and got a statement from a police officer who was a customer and also his son worked there so he knew the wages were low. Hoping that is enough but losing some hope now  need to hear next week to be able to be out for Christmas.

  5. By the Grace of Almighty Allah.....We got our golden mail today. Alhamdulillah.

Actually, when the CO asked for more work evidence then I submitted my Bank Statements where all my employers' salaries used to deposite.

I was checking my mails several times daily but didn't get any reply even the status of progress of documents were showing 'required' (not received) on my evisa page.

Then, I planed to submit my tax certificates. Today, I was very busy to collect those certificates and translating some of them in English.

Hence, I didn't able to check my mail but when I was coming out from my office just logged my mail and became astonished to view the mail.

Really, unbelievable! Visa grant Notification. Only three days after submitting required documents!

I am expressing my gratitude to all the forum members, especially samulv, for supporting me

by proving valuable suggestions and guidance. I am also expecting good news from all August applicants.

Best of luck all of you, guys.

    Thanks and regards

Congratualtions! We are submitting a statutory declaration and a letter from his old boss confirming his hours. The payslips could take a few weeks to access and we want to try those before then. When are I planning on moving to oz?

  6. My other half completed his skills assessment through Vetassess as a welder, but on the immi site it says TRA as the assessing body for that occupation too.We went through a migration agent, and from my own research I found that Vetasses was the body we needed too, so not sure why it differs on the immi site. Hope you manage to get it sorted without any issues!

I was told by my agent that vetassess do the assessment on behalf of tra...which would make sense as the immi site does state tra. in fact I have just checked hubbys certificate and at the bottom it states that it will be considered a tra assessment as vetassess are under contract with tra

  7. Few days back I knew minimum requirement of NT sponsorship IELTS is 7....but now it shows 6 which one is correct?

how much time does it take?

I believe it is 6 as you automatically receive 6 if you have a relevant passport. however you may need an ielts result of 7 if you need the points to apply for the visa

  8. having a nightmare! now because we have sent the p60s the case officer wants proof that my hubby worked more than 20 hours per week because his wage is so low she thinks he worked part time! how can we explain to her that it is just because mechanics are paid badly here compared to Australia! we already have a reference stating he worked full time and we have now sent a declaration from his old boss stating the hours he worked per week and the times and days (Mon-Fri 9-5.30) we are getting payslips reprinted but getting a bit worried that our CO is going to be asking for more documents for the rest of time! Ahhhhhh! OK feel a bit better now! Christmas is very soon going to be just wishful thinking

  9. Any good news from Aug 13 applicants .....?????

Today I have submitted Form 80 and bank statement as my additional employment evidence.

Previously, I submitted only work experience certificate as my employment evidence. Then, CO

requested additional work evidence (such as bank statement, pay slip, tax documents, etc.). And

today I have sent bank statement. Will it be sufficient to assess my work experience?

What do you think- any idea or experience?

we sent payslips, bank statements, p60s, duty statements and a letter from the tax office stating employment history and which businesses we have paid tax through.

    Still no news for us!
