Okay i will explain u my stress level. From first week of march (its now 1 and half month) in the morning im like this might be my day. I keep checking email immi account all day. Also checking forum whats happening here. Then in the afternoon i get really upset. As days passing by my disappointment growing day by day. When i see on the forum october application getting approved but im waiting more than 7 months get nothing make so much upset. My every single day is the same since march

It's OK our friends roxy or aussiepr will help you they are the gurus in spreadsheets. Not forgetting the others. I submitted docs as well. Total 35 days past nothing yet since the day docs requested

Hi mate, nothing update from immi since 29/03 they requested my notice of assessment which I already submitted. My life is very very hard during these endless waiting days. I don't know how to put my timeline to the spreadsheet?

form 80 and a stat dec for my son all submitted 19/04/16 just another waiting game :cry:

Why did they ask for work Payslips from 10 years before. Are you applying via direct entry?? @Binita

I think 10 years work record more like a working references not payslips. In form80 we provided that information as well.

Finally Nomination GOT approved Thank GOD now asking more info yet again for english exemption. Sheila are you available? can i send you a pvt message ? need some help please.

The immi has a new regulatory changes regarding this issue. So better to contact a Migration Services for clarity regarding your specific situation.

A big shocking thing happened to me, and I really need some advices.

 

I launched nomination and my visa applications on 31/3/2016. However, my current boss is working on selling the business to his friend. The only thing will change is new business owner/director as well as ABN, which will be done on 18th April. Business name, company address, phones existing roles and employees will remain the same.

1) should I simply inform the immigration department of the changes as soon as possible, and attach with my new boss's reference letter, new contract or

2) withdraw everything and relaunch a new application, or

3) wait for CO to contact me then I explain what happened...

 

I'm so scared and nervous right now. Hope it won't kill my hope to get PR.

@luckymanasalways I think you need to inform the immi as soon as possible. Because if the legal entity and ABN changes then it’s likely the new entity will need to apply to be a sponsor and redo the application.

Yes, both your MA and you can have an immiaccount, that is not a problem. Use your own email address and password to create one, than you can check your status by yourself.

If you are using a MA, you can ask them for your application reference number. Then you can use that number and import your application to your immi account.

Questions here. Why people launched application around last August and September got such a long time of waiting? but May and June applications got much short average processing time? Is it because May and June normally faster, and August and September normally take longer, or because of more restrict examine of COs so that all applicants have to wait such a long time (more than 6 month) in the future...

It's hard to say, some applicants from Aug and Sep got their PR very fast, but some not. Different applications have different timeline. And sometimes depond on the case officers as well I think.

I am sick and tired calling them ! My MA sending them email every 15 days now ..

Better to call coz email sometimes they just give you an official response. But if you call them, the system will have record.

Joke of the day:arghh: ..... almost 10 months waiting ! No nomination No Visa . From Last 2 months no answer from IMMI.

228 days, 7months and 15 days, and im still waiting, what the hell is immi doing? why is there sep files getting processed? this is a joke really tests your patience and mines is not good.

Good news guys ! 186 direct entry granted 4th April ! I don't know how to do my signature. But .....

Nomination put in 4th July 2015, approved 3rd December 2015, visa put in 9th December approved 4th April 2016. 2 applicants direct entry, hairdresser !

I did provided all these documents to my MA, don't know why they didn't upload the notice of assessment before. I have no idea how immi process apps these days, coz I can see many September even October apps have been finalized. Why they keep August files on hold?

@Jacobaug2016 1st time they required company BAS, tax return, financial report, bank statement, lease agreements which my MA already submitted before, and I don't know why they asked again. The 2nd time they required notice of assessment for the term of employment.

CO called MA .... never heard that before but thats good. after 19/02 - CO contact your MA on 29/03 ? thats more than 28 days time limit ?

Yes, I think my case officer just not in a good mood, I don't know how long he/she wants to hold my case till......

I believe everyone will get it, but just need lots lots……of patience.
