Hi Laura..you need to go in via diac website and create a new account. Once you are in, there will be an option to migrate your old application to the new system.

fingers crossed for both of us, had mine a while now, so maybe i might get the golden email :-)

I am having the exact same problem, also tried emailing CO with blank emails getting returned. Mystery ??
