  1. <p><p>no, its the other way around. As far as I can tell, but I'm new to this as well, is that they used the best fit policy for very similar jobs, ie chef/cook. Just like your husband should be classed as a chef as he has plus 9 years the experience that they "say" they require to class him as a chef, by taking the best fit policy away, ( and they do seem to move the goal posts as and when they want to) despite all his years experience, his qualification is not enough to be classed as a chef in Australia. Am I making sense? The tra are so confusing, I'm amazed they are allowed to classed a government department, well they qualify in the sense that they take forever to do anything!</p></p>
