Well finally got my PR in September but I got the news early this week. All well when ends well.

I am waiting to hear from CO since 11 november , no contact yet getting bit worried coz i have submitted all the required documents for nomination and visa i dont know what CO is waiting for.

Hello my employer sent a kind email to immigration about application today as it's 7 months today , he got email back stating case is allocated to case officer but my MA never got an email about it and status is still same. Has it happened to anyone thanks

Why on earth not? Why didn't you insist?

I did insisted her blossom79 when I consulted with her first her she said she will put DR application coz I knew I had all documents then she suddenly changed when I paid her full amount that she won't send it DR as if anything goes wrong I will blame her now I am afraid as few pages before I read someone posted DIAC is not left with many visa vacancies really don't know what to do except waiting and get frustrated

6 months today I thought I was lucky enough to get my visa in 6 months but looks like not anymore . Please help God .i wonder what immi people are doing y they are not granting visas , I am very cross with my MA she could have lodged My case as DR but no she didn't want to do that I had everything ready at that time paid big bucks to her but no worth very frustrated today

hi guys good new i ve got my visa approved yesterday here is my timeline

 

apply application and nomination with RCB 26 april

nomination approved on june

case officer asked for medical o 18 july

visa approved 9.sep 13

 

it has been a stressful long wait and finally got it good luck to all of you .

got CO on 17/7/13 ask for documents from employer & from me to explain my duties

Any Idea how long it will take after documents submitted

It looks like DIAC has forgot about giving visas too many people waiting for decisions on this forum only , must be too many who are not on forum but going through same situation . There are not many visas granted this month Wake up DIAC

Hi NGP13,

Even I and my other friend had same note on our applications, I believe it is a just automatic notification. It does not mean some thing happening on our file and allotted case officer. We have to just wait for outcome, no predictions as per this blog. I wish sonic blue get good result soon and also for who is waiting.

I applied nomination on 12 th feb 2012 and visa on 16th Feb 2013 Melbourne processing centre.

i just my application today there is note there which says "the health examinations required for this applicant have not yet been determined. Your case will be referred to a case officer to determine if further health is required. This page will be updated with advice regarding whether health examinations are required to be undertaken. Please note that this will not occur until a case officer investigates your case in line with published processing times for the visa that you have applied for" and on visa application it says to organise health assessment and character assessment and i uploaded these docs when i applied but they expired in june .if anyone can explain what does all this means and did it happened to anyone else.

Update from us is:

Started end oAdvice received 2 weeks later

Nomination 2 weeks after that

CO appointed start of July

Received approval and visa July 15th

y

So just over 3 months for the whole process.

On this forum nobody got visa in new DIAC year

i applied 26 april 2013 ,. it seems pretty quick nowdays, but is it just a general enquiry by the diac but not the co?

It is the expression of happines. Granted PR today. My timeline is 187 and Employer nomination applied on 26 Feb 2013, CO signed on 17 June 2013 and pr granted today. Those who are still waiting, you guys also will get it soon because the process is fast in Melbourne. Thanks everyone, specially Blossom79.

Hello devendra as per my MA it means evidence of other Australian citizen or permanent resident employment conditions who is working on same position for what you are being sponsored coz I ask her when I was uploading my documents hope it helps . cheers

Dear Blossom, thank you very much for your advice. My case officer has asked for 'Evidence of Employment of Australian Citizen and Permanent residency'. I simply uploaded my current payslips. I am not quite sure what does he mean? I think this kind of should be directed to employer not to employee. Further, evidence on this matter should already come up during the employer nomination approval process because my employer nomination has already been approved.

CO also asked for 'Evidence of family unit member'. I uploaded my marriage certificate only because I do not have any kids...

Did I do right or not? I appreciate your idea.

Hello Deep Sandhu I am wondering from the link given few posts before its says unannounced policy so if its unannounced how they gonna apply on visa , applied on 11 April my MA never told me anything about this.

I work as motor mechanic in Toyota delearship & i got my Tra assessed for that i had already worked 900 hrs as a trainee motor mechanic nd now m wrking as full time from last 23 months(excluding 900 hrs)because i was not aware of this policy change i lodged my visa application on 30th may this year so now m worried should i withdraw my case nd will i get my visa fees back or just let it go?

Hi I got mine in 4 weeks but was in Adelaide check processing times they are pretty accurate and it must be written there which date they are processing now

Hey anyone know how long the RCB approval is taking in Perth at the moment? And are some RCB's granted quicker than other or is it 1st come 1st served?

RCB APRROVED AFTER TWO WEEKS ON 19 FEB. 2013 APPLIED VISA AND NOMINATION DRC PERTH ON 9 MARCH 2013 EXACTLY AFTER 3 MONTHS GOT MY VISA TODAY SO HAPPY NOW AND ITS FRIDAYYYYYYYY WOHOHOOHOOOOOO :arghh::arghh::biglaugh:

I think they are not posting allocation frames on their website i wonder how we will be able to know what they are up to, I think it sucks more

I know it sucks.. Everyone is stuck. Perth is processing fast enough that June end files are being processed. Melbourne is lost somewhere. I don't know how many times I check this forum to see if there is any good news.

We have just started our journey with our nomination and application for 187 going in 2 weeks ago but feel very dishearten but he post about the Melbourne office (RCB) already approve. I am hoping for a miracle and fast processing good luck everyone !!;0)

i thnk u dont need to send envelope to immigration u can attach the medical receipt online thats what i have done , my MA told me to do so.
