It took all 14 months.

Thanks, guys for all the reply. is that department ceremonies for nearby area people or other council area people or maybe not depends on the area? Because my council says there is one ceremony the department is going to conduct in the same council, but after just 5 days my council is also the conducting ceremony. is it a bit strange right? till now i don't know in which ceremony I am going to attend.

whoever knows this please help me or whoever attended department ceremonies, what is the difference between department ceremonies and council ceremonies. If the Department is conducting a ceremony will they send the certificate by Mail always? I believe Department Ceremonies happening on weekends and, maybe when there is a lot of candidates waiting from a particular area, am I correct?

I some times travel another state and did not check my physical letterbox, / letterbox have damaged by the rainwater.  I feel all the correspondence should be an online account as well.

Applied: 11 Jun 2018

Test Email/Test: 27 Mar 2019 / 29 Mar 2019.

Approved: 01 Apr 2019.

Ceremony Email / Date : TBC

Council: Georges River.

But my council is doing the ceremony in July only. I don't know,  I need to wait for the 4 months ? or is there any possibility to get another councils invitation? Thanks in Advance.

HI Guys, Last month my application has been approved. 1. I would like to know 6 months waiting for the ceremony is mandatory or if you have a place for you in the council ceremony (may be less number of conferral) you can take the pledge in a month time?  2. suppose some of the people want to post bond their ceremony then the next waiting list candidate can be called? Thanks in Advance.

Hi User478,  Please provide your timeline. I feel you can collect the certificate any way you got invite or maybe you can call the Department and tell the situation, In this case you may wait longer for the ceremony.

My application is Approved 2 weeks before, when we apply we linked our application. But wife application waiting for the additional documents, after that only she can take test then her approval, ceremony,  If my wife application takes 6 or 8 months to get ceremony, till that time my application will also be waiting for the ceremony?

Thanks, Guys, I completed my interview and test. they accepted my 10th std. certificate. Usually, it will 5 months to receive the ceremony?

Thank you for helping me out. but when I check my 10 class mark certificate, I could not find my father name, only we used as Initial.
