It took me some time to fix the spreadsheet and now it is messed up again......

Hi, I applied on the 4th February 2013, so just over 6 months ago

I am getting really exited now. If I am right we have the same CO :biggrin:

I have inserted a column for CO initails.

I think I managed to fix the spreadsheet, but some people who tried to add themselves since march will probably need to do it again, just check if you are on it.

My CO is KP. I think I am being processed for subclass 100.

I contacted with my CO today and asked her about my medicals. She said she received my clear medical just 2 days after I completed them and there is no outstanding matters in my application and she will contact with me as soon as she has news for me. She is a really good CO. Answered every question I had and she is always very straight forward. :biggrin:

Does anyone flying with Qatar? Can I buy extra baggage or I can only take one ?

I have received a letter from the hospital which they posted just 2 days after I have done my medicals saying my results have been sent to DIAC electronically.

Can I ask, how long has it taken for people's medicals to be uploaded? Just emailed my CO as I did mine on the 13th, she said my medical hadn't been uploaded. I've rung the hospital and they're calling me back but should I be concerned?

Completed my medicals today!!!! Now it is really just a waiting game, but hopefully it will come soon and I can fly to my new home in the end of October!!!

My case is straight forward as well. We have been together for nearly 7 years and been married for 2 years. CO said I am qualified for the permanent visa, I hope it means if my medicals are fine I am good to go. Just getting everything sorted now. My medicals are also booked for the 13 of May :biggrin:.

Medicals booked finally... Can't wait to get it out of the road and get a confirmation that everything is OK.....

Nickos, did you already take your police check? I thought those were referred a bit later on at the moment? I ask because I applied earlier than you did but haven't been requested any police checks nor had a message telling me the same thing as you (though we had some further evidence required which has been sent on). Bit confused here.

I sent my police check with my application. Actually I got the police check in December. If it is valid for a year I am still ok as I am plannig to go in October. She requested some further documents to see if I meet with the requirements for a permanent visa. When she received my further documents she emailed me to say she is satisfied and I can get the permanent one ( probably after my medicals she can say it for sure). I am not sure about my Hungarian police check as it is only valid for 90 days and she only asked for the translation again as she could not find it. But I already have an application ready to ask it again if she needs it. (Hungarian police checks are cheap.)

Maybe you should email your CO about the further evidence you sent to see what she/he will say.

My CO just emailed me. She said my husband and I meet the relationship requirements for a permanent residency visa subclass 100. Yeah!!!! She only asked for one thing to send my official police check translation, which I already did, but I will send it to her a 1000 times if she wants to :biggrin: The feeling to know you can get what you have been dreaming for a long time is unbelievable. I am really happy. :biggrin:

You don't need an Australian citizen to witness a stat dec, just choose someone from the occupation list. I got everything witnessed and certified in the UK, notary public or solicitor is on the list.

I added myself to the spreadsheet. Luckily the 8-9 month waiting is ok for me as I have a wedding to attend in the end of august in Hungary, and I already know I will get the visa and that is all I need.

Just a quick question. I have council tax bills which would be great as a proof, but they misspelled my name on it. Can I still send it to my CO and explain it?

My case officer is KP. Can anyone tell me if she granted a visa less than 8-9 month before?

I gave them info since we are a couple,but I can olny send letters from the bank as my flat is rented on my dad's name so all the bills are on his name as well. I won't be sad if i only get the temporary as long as I get to go.
