Hi I am new in this FORUM as Our Visa De fecto Subclass 309/100 was lounged on 01.oct.2012 in Islamabad Pakistan and CO requested for med/PCC and additional documents On 21.Dec.12 and we submitted Med/PCC and other documents on 10. JAN.2013. As They Forwarded Application For External Check (Security Checks) on 28.Jan.2013. And now it has 14 months that the application was forwarded For External Check. And last Month On 17.Feb.2014 Co emailed and request for An Updated PCC and we submitted Updated PCC On 5.Mar.2014. And when we call to CO they says that we are waiting for external checks to complete. Did anyone Knows How Much time It will take more. Thanks..

your story is similar to mine..Your Visa is round the corner .Less then 6 weeks I suppose . Wish u luck .

Decision Que? never heard of that before . i was told one month before that my case is clear from pakistan and now waiting for security clearance report form Australia .they told me straight away" No time limits" . I am sure all of us are near so Faizan and Firstknight you guys are for sure Next with positive results ..inshallah

Can you share your medical submission date?

My medical submission date was 3rd DEC 2012 ..and On 31 October 2013 my CO say's she did not got my Medical report ..:skeptical:

I've got an email for AHC.. they are suggesting me to apply for tourist visa 600 coz the visa time frame is expanding to infinity , Am i the only one getting this or someone els has got similar emails? its been like 22 months so far ..:SLEEP:

I have done it on 3rd Dec 2012 .. i send her the receipt and she confirmed it ..now story is different. anyway i send her receipt again..

I got an email today saying .".Please informed if you have done the medical that was requested from you as still we have not received the report"... Can anyone tell me where am i at this stage ??

hi, how can I get email of my CO. The ack letter that I received just had the name of the CO and no phone/email. I tried sending email to embassy but CO did not reply and some other lady replied which I don't think is CO. She is just a customer service girl. Also tried calling the embassy but could not talk to CO. The receptionist received the call.

 

How do you guys talk to your CO.

Once your CO replay/ask anything from you You'll get his/ her Email ID..right now you can only email embassy with your case id but i am sure it wont work , Coz it didn't work for me .if your CO is k.a then i might help

I got my Visa Grant Notice Alhumdu Lillah! It was granted on 28th August 2013.

Hiii and i think i will become moderator one day as well :wink: because i am not seeing any chance to get the visa soon ... and Bro i already lodged complaint to global feedback two months ago and in response SCO Sara contacted my wife and said that security checks are in process and once it will be completed she will proceed accordingly and then we contacted her again but she is not replying back to the emails .. Global Feedback Unit and AHC has no authority to speed up the process .. so the complaint made no impact on the case , I called AHC today and asked them about administrative clearances and the reply was this is same bullshit just change of word from departmental to administrative which means security checks are not completed yet :mad:

I hope you all get visas soon. Have you heard they are planning to further increase visa pricesb by i think 15% from 1st september 2013 on all visas except student and tourist.

Nothing so far ..its been 18 months now .. K.A is on holiday ,she'll be back by Monday 19th of this month . lets see .

Boys'n'Girls calm down.. it looks like there is too much frustration in this room but that's natural and we all Need not to worry at all & Yes partner visa is a challenge , a challenge against Depression.. My case is going in circles for the last 14 months , There are many odds makes you depress ,frustrated, hopeless ....but also strong .. so Don't worry be happy.

Anyone know where to lodge a formal compliant against AHC ? .Thanks
