Can you kindly tell me how to get Medicals before a CO is assigned/. Also where do I upload the documents? I cannot find an upload tab in my skill select acc.. Thanks in advance..

I lodged 190 with ACT SS on the 15th of July. Can someone pls tell me how to get medicals police reports before getting a co assigned. Also, where do I upload them? Can not find any upoad tab when I log on to my skill select account.
