Congratulation for getting closer to PR , well bro when you will be eligible for PR Immigration Dept will send you forms or you will have to apply by yourself , and like my DOL for 309 is April 10th 2012 so i will be eligible for it in April 2014 or it will be considered 2 years after the date of 309 visa grant ???? best of Luck for PR bro ....

Ahhh no luck at all in terms of my field related job but im doing some casual stuffs..

Congrats bro on entering the second phase.

I will be eligible for assessment for visa 100 in a month IA. Did they send you application forms? .and what sort of information they require for second stage processing ?? And your advice. . Plz tell me so that I can be prepared before hand.

thanks brother !!! yes they did send me application forms via post...there was a statutory declaration form for me and my wife..they asked for my wife character certificate,photo id and my passports attested copy..thats all..there is nothing special in those forms you can easily fill by yourself without asking any agent..

All those male applicants who are getting worried about their timeline you all need to stay calm..For male applicants it takes 14-15 months normally and if your case gets solve in 12 months then you are really lucky.... and AGB kindly get yourself registered with MARA you'll do a great job

Can any PR or Aussi citizen who knws about center link policies can guide that i have heard that center link helps in finding jobs..they help a person to register to recruitment agent and then they help in finding job...is that true???

Hey Faisi10. Yes there is a difference between TR and PR. Although you have full working rights in TR but you don't get all the benefits such as medicare etc. Yes its a bit tough finding job on TR, may be because its end of financial year. keep tryin, and hope you will get it soon Insha Allah. which field you lookin on in applying? May be it depends on the field.

Thanks sister, well im a biomedical engineer with 3 years experience..there are lots of jobs as i said earlier but they dont consider paki experience...and ya its an end of financial year..lets see wht happens after an year end..

Bro there is big difference in TR and PR with Permanent Residence you can come out/in Australia anytime , With PR you will have more opportunities and rights there , you can still get job in TR but with PR there are more chances as employer will know that now you are permanent resident of Australia , and as mentioned your DOL for TR is December 2011 and you can lodge application for PR right after you complete two years so you will be eligible to apply for Permanent Residence in December 2013 .... Seek help from good agent there and you will get Permanent Residence ...

Thanks brother, so now ill be anxiously waiting for december to lodge my PR...another problem over here is these people do not consider pakistan's working experience..they have their own protocols and this is quiet irritating...well any ways Allah creates path and surely He is the greatest planner for us..

Can any one tell me whts the difference b/w PR and TR? As im currently on visa sub class 309 which is TR..do I have the same rights as of subclass 100 which is PR ?? The reason I am asking this is its difficult to get professional jobs here when you are on TR..
