Hi Eswar pises,Dont worry about the additiobal docs its normal docs and u shud be fine, have u already lodged the visa application or waiting for the nomination to be approved and then u will apply? i lodged my application a week after u so i m waiting for my turn now.

Applied for Nomination - 13/6/13

Nomination Granted - pending

Applied for 186 Visa - pending

Case Officer Assigned - Assigned on 12/08/2012 for nomination and requested for additional information(

• Profit & Loss Statement for the most recently concluded fiscal year
  
• Evidence of training expenditures to the sum of 1% of gross payroll for each year during the validity period of the SBS sponsorship

Should I be worried about additional information request?

HI All, Can i apply Temporary Residence Transition stream 186 visa from offshore, or once I finish my two years term and apply visa under Temporary Residence Transition stream 186..am I allowed to take unpaid annual leave for 4 to 5 months? after the application is filed. I am planning to do a course in 5 months course in Singapore

also does any one know how long will it take to process PR visa under Temporary Residence Transition stream

Both Nomination and Application submitted together as DRC on the 28th of July. TRN number not yet activated to go for the medicals. SO waiting.......
