today it turns into 15 months awaiting .... And still my co is waiting for information from last 5 months no one knows wat kinds of Information she is looking for ...not me not my owner not even my MA...and my application was on priority first ... Being jock all the rules and all information they have given through all their legal site and paper ...

what urs occupation mate did ever ur MA contact the CO for updte and how many time he did, As My Ma did twice frist by email and later after month by phone. So been confused should i give it a burl again or not

I am bloody stressed for my case. my MA call my CO on monday and she told she got heaps of cases and she will look in my case but no reply yet. i am being in 14th month period. i reckon in this forum i am alone who is still waiting for decision for this long.

Can you advice me what should i do

I would leave it a bit longer. Hard I know, but I would probably leave at least a month in between emails.

Got the case officer few days ago. Asked for financial papers, submitted same day, nomination approved same day within hours. Been waiting for 13 months for this.

Can i again contact to CO for any update. As i did it on 1st of july and got reply that CO has recieved my documents in May what they requested and will have to review the case. this was the first time i had contact since i got CO, So what u reckon its worth to contact coz i am already in 14 mth period. There is no response till now

Been 3 mth got CO and its 2.5 month since send doc but no reply from CO. Seriously i am getting more stressed day by day. Even i dont see much activity going through in the forum from melb centre. Any one got any update from there MA what going on in Melb centre

Is any one waiting more than 12 month for their nom and visa. I thought after finanical end we see heaps of visa approval but cant see even one been approved in this forum

soo stressed its been 6th week i submitted doc to CO nothing heard. Any one assume how long it will take to get nom approve and visa. i talk to MA he said they are sending files to other centre and or quota might finish

G'day Guys, I reckon they still not upto their quota, as they issue visa. I am so frustrated as no reply from CO. its been 4 weeks all documents send and its 8 weeks since i got CO any one reckon that we all who wait long get there visa this month Praying hard that it does so hrbrt372 which centre u appliedcheers

I'm not sure if each centre has a quota, or if there is an over all one. We will have to see what other people are told, and if other visas are granted in the next few days.

He applied in Melbourne centre. let see next few days

Today one of my Mate just got email from CO that i will give decision after two month coz they have finish there quota for this year.

he applied as restaurant manager

Do that means everyone who is waiting for decision has to wait or the particular occupation quota is finished

They Did't mention on there letter it just say like this

New or start up business less than 12 months

A combination of the following documentation must be submitted, depending on the specific circumstances:

detailed business plan

contact of sale relating to the purchase of the business

lease agreement relating to business premises

evidence of capital investment in plant, machinery or facilities

contracts awarded or commitments from client organisations to use services

bank statements of available funds

Ma said it will be fine but i am worried and want to clear my doubt

My Employer had Prepared business plan in sep 2012, Now we got case officer and ask the documents and business plan which we already send when we lodged Diac nom. so the question is do my employer has to change the business plan or update it

Does your employer not have all of their accounts since July?

How about all the things they have asked for? Adverts placed anywhere?

Bank statements to show the company has money going in?

receipts for things the company has bought?

accounts in the company name?

 

​Basicaly they are saying they don't believe the company is actually trading. If it is there should be TONS of things you and your employer can send. The more the better.

They got the accounts with supplier. but for advert business they are listed on like truelocal & even we have weekly special in store which we have catalogue copy deliver near our area in mail box, if i put that catalogue as evidence it will be fine

Ahhhh, I get you. Does your employer have the documentation for before he took over? It might be worth asking your co though which one they count him as, as he took over an already existing company.

yes they took already existing business and they have previous owner 3 years p/l statement but when we lodged rcb we provide business plan and also submitted business plan to Diac for nom which has last 2 year p/l statement

what u reckon as business had been took over in end april 2012 and they start trading in mid may2012, Also they got 1.5 mth income tax return and payg summary

Sorry, what are you actually asking??

As you saw CO Ask for evidence for Active operation in australia & its shows two section like established busniess and new or less than 12 mth trading. so two different documents list which one suit my business
