Hi Dev, I didn't have HAP ID or TRN No., and I got my medicals done in Cork (I'm from Ireland). I just brought the forms that were sent to me to the appointment. I really can't hep you, but I am sure you will get a helpful reply from someone with better knowledge than me. I think that the HAP ID or TRN is relevant if the application is made by electronic means. I didnt get these because my agent sent my application by ordinary mail. Hope you don't mind me asking but did you actually get appointed a CO or did you just get a letter asking for your meds and Form 80 etc. I got those in April and mistakenly thought I had a CO.

I have got CO on 29/8/12, and have been given 28 days to process my medicals and police ckecks.

Police checks are forwarded but am stuck with medicals.

My CO is not awailable for another 2 weeks.

Have emailed PVC in perth with this problem and am awaiting for a reply.

Many people seems to hav done medicals without CO.

Howcome in London they insist IDs.

hi every one,

I am new to this site and seeking some advise.

I am unable to get medicals appointment only with file ref number. I dont have HAP ID or TRN no or health reuest ID.

Could anybody advise how to go about it.

I phoned my CO that ref no was enough for panel doctors to get it fron ehealth system.

Panel doctors are insisting on this info. Please advise.
