  1. I would fly Singapore if it's an option. Booked early enough they are good on price. The service is awesome and the planes are very comfy with good entertainment. We also got extra baggage allowance with our unused visas

    i would strongly suggest learning to drive in UK as should be quicker and cheaper. You will need a car, we tried living with just 1 car but when I had it for work my wife felt trapped at home. The buses not great in our area(North Lakes) and walking in the heat is hard work.

    having recently arrived in Oz (May 15) I know how daunting and difficult job market in Brisbane is. I work for dnata, a ground handling company and air cargo handler, we have various roles available, most are part time min 28hrs.

    Experience in air cargo or ramp operations an advantage but happy to hear from anyone not scared of hard work who is willing to learn.

    I am part of the management team and can arrange interview if suitable candidates out there.
