Hi, I was was wondering if someone would be able to help... My husband is coming up to his 2 years on a 457 in a couple of weeks, but the original sponsor has sold their share of the company. He still works at the same location, same job title, same pay (nothing has changed). 1. How long does his employer have to notify border protection? 2. How long does it take to get the 457 changed to the trading name of the company? 3. Are we able to still apply for 186 in 3 weeks if it isn't changed by then? I would like to stick dynamite up there butts but perhaps it's not necessary? thanks in advance!
