i wrote to the GSM allocated email for asking the reason why i still not get granted compare to the one that applied later than me.

But i do see a 4 at least that get granted.

Again i am seeing visa 189 getting their grant. At least 2 since last week. What happen to visa 190?:mad:

At last i got a delay email after all the documents and payment are made.

i saw someone got their visa yesterday. But on 189 visa. Not fair!

Since u are here not long here, u can claim the entire 2013-2014 yax. It will be a sum of money. Enjoy with care.

Welcome to Sydney. You are like my situation. I am only 457 visa too. make sure you have your TBN applied. Once you have that, get the form to fill up which is the resident one. Not PR, not Temporary resident. You are consider Australia Resident.

Folks, I've submitted the visa app on 11th March, still waiting for CO allocation.

Any one who submitted the visa around my timeline and got a CO allocated?

Call them. I lodged around 6 march and i call them once 8 weeks. Coincidence an email came through after i called them and told i have a case officer.

Looks like they are getting grant as well regards to the delay.

So, i think it will be soon Since we have lodged our visa in March, 3 months should be our waiting time

its not about getting rejected. as we meet the requirements and we have submitted all the docs.

 

the constant wait and on top of that I get an email like this after providing all the docs.its kind of a let down.

 

but again trying not to think more about this and hoping for the best.

the generic email is not something i don't want to read as it is really annoying.

Have you seen anyone that have apply and paid for the visa and got rejected? I don't see one as per today.

1. Be sure that your skill assessment that have approve are in the CSOL/SOL list.

2. for 190 visa, you need to apply your state sponsorship. NSW,SA,WA,NT.. you need to check on skill needed from all the require state.

3. Once lodge your state sponsorship, lodge EOI at the same time.

4. if the state sponsorship approved, EOI will send you an invitation.

5. lastly apply your visa online (immi online). Before that, make sure you skill assessment, ielts ready.

6. submit all your document as stated in the website (immi online). Do your police clearance and also medical checkup. You need to print the form for medical checkup online you have access to immi online.

Lastly, it is always cheaper and better to do it yourself as you can monitor and plan for doing all the above necessary. With Agent, u need to pay extra and they will ask your document from you as the same as DIY. So, no point getting agent. They will still have to wait from immi too to inform you the status.

no idea but my friend got approved in a month time. but that is 189 visa.

When they request further document. Eg overseas PCC, it will add another line in the immi for me to upload. Once i uploaded the document, it will change from required to received.

i got an email send from case officer to request additional document. Status still shows "in progress".

Document requested are "overseas PCC" and "secondary applicant English proof"

Well, when someone pick up the phone, they told me that it takes 7 weeks to allocate a case officer. That i already knew. I wanted to just ask whether there is a case officer allocated or not but she just keep continue introduce about the timelines and etc.

After a minutes, she asked me my name, date of birth and so for. Lastly, she told me that is allocated. So, i ask her the person to contact and email.

That's about all after waiting on the phone for 30 minutes.

Lastly, she told me that the person in charge of my case will eventually contact me and it will be another week

Reason for me to call them is because i need a letter from the case officer to get a PCC from overseas. Else, i don't bother to call :-)

ps: i am onshore application. But i don't see any differences whether onshore or offshore
