Hello forum members,
Apologies for the delay as i was not aware of forum being alive again.
Alhumdulillah visa was granted to my partner on 22nd March @ around 4.45 AU time.
I am now going to update the tracker as well and requesting you to plz copy paste the tracker link in ur signatures as it will be bit hard to visit forum for all after getting grant.
The complete timeline of everyone will give benefit to new comers.

Since i am still waiting for the grant.. i have developed this tracker for all of us. It will give us the clear turn around times of each other. I am requesting you all to save it in your signature and keep requesting new joiners to have it in thier signatures as well.
Please check your details in it and correct it if there is any mistake.

Nope, no.news from my end. I emailed AHC and recieved the same standard reply.. i really dont know whats happening, the last grant i noted was on 31 Jan..i have not read or heard anyother grant since that day..
Life is just stuck at this point where i have already arranged each and everything following the interviews and grants trend..
No news is also the good news, so hope for the best. I wish this batch of remaining october and november interviews will get grant this week or the next.
Honestly it seems like an exam of testing patience

Seems like very slow activity..i have not heard any updates regarding grants by AHC ISL..does anyone have any update on any case?
By the way...where are all the posts gone? Why we have posts since 28th feb..

No need to panic or impatient mate. There may be some genuine grounds for these abnormal delays, in meantime try to google the partner news of yesterday. so you can know what is running in oppositions mind.

please ignore the dates of 27/02/2017, that was there to assess the days only. None of them received the grant so far. it was just being used to calculate the impact to date. apologies.

I have sent an email to immi today, sought the status update on it as the number of days so far are 328 days. Just wanted to ensure myself that at least the application is in progress and they dont want any further supporting document.

So its getting more frustrated.. 113 days since interview and 318 days since date of lodgement..
I am seriously thinking how the system works at their end.

There is nothing we can do mate except for demonstrating and following patience. We have already provided each and everything, no supporting document is pending at our end. I am also not interested in sending them emails or giving calls because there will always be an standard reply of turnaround time, in fact doing this will cause more delay as the allocated CO's are on clock.
Lets hope for the best, fingers crossed.

Hi mate, you can dig up this forum as well. You will find heaps of questions shared. In my case they asked my wife as follows
1. Full name of both
2. My DOB
3. Dates of wedding..rukhsati n valima (in my case, was based on nikkah, lodged in april 2016 but wedding was in dec.)
4. Number of guest attended the wedding
5. What my fav dish if i dine out..and drink too.
6. How have you known him? Frist met?
7. What will u do if u go to aus?
8. What will you both do if u didnt get the visa?
In general, the questions are to assess whether we know each other or not..and the source of questions are 1. General 2. From your supporting documents.
I hope it helps.
Btw..call lasts around an avg of 30 to 45 mins.

Alice Springs. I wanted to fly via Darwin but that requires me to get a transit visa in Singapore as I would have to change to Jetstar Airline. How long does it take to get a Singapore transit visa? -
