I haven’t posted here since we initially applied for our PR, but have been reading so thought I would update our timeline.

I applied (inc children) on 10th may 2017 and my husband 11th May.

Brisbane Office (Moreton Bay Council). Skilled 175pr visa.

Invitation for Test email received : 22nd November

Test: 28th November

Checked immi account this morning, 30th November: APPROVED

Waiting for approval letter and ceromony now.

Visa granted today, 5th september...... Brisbane here we come :biggrin:

We have a CO :ssign19: Asking for medicals, PCC and form 80. CO is from team 6. Lots to do now but it's all got very exciting again :biggrin:

We finally have progress, no CO but when I just checked we have moved onto 'Application being processed further' :ssign19:

Have any 175 applicants been allocated a CO since the 1 July ?

From what I can see, any movement taking place are people who got their CO before skillselect started.

I hope I'm wrong !

I have been wondering the same thing, I really hope we don't get forgotten about, it feels like that at the moment doesn't it. I am hoping that we will all get a CO before 11th aug when the new invitees can lodge their application.

Perhaps DIAC is first trying to process all the sublass 176 visas and then move on to 175? Can't think of any other reasons why noone's being allocated case officers lately

I havent got a CO assigned. I have front loaded meds and PCC. But medicals took a different turn altogether Application is in "ABPF" state.

Yeah, hopefully things will speed up again, they seemed to have slowed recently. Well you are still doing better than us, we haven't even reached the "ABPF" status :laugh:

I dont know on that but just out of interest when did you get your CO assigned, you submitted your app just before us and we are still waiting.......

I dont want to publish more details but just to let you know, the speed DIAC processing is currently really fast. I am from a low risk country but got my CO assigned and medicals/ppc asked for after 15 calender days (175) - WOAH!

Wow that is amazing, 15 days wow. We submitted ours on 28 may but don't expect to hear anything just yet but if we do then :-) , gulp
