Mine is 9 dec 2014 which is similar with the date of the lodgement of application.

Now I know I have a CO, case is allocated. Having that date means they even didn't open the application?

I've got reply from Immi yesterday that my case is allocated to Team 7. Hopefully no further complications and by Monday or Tuesday I'll have the outcome.

Hi Lab, yeah my bets are for end May as well. I'm also on a second forum where it seems as if most cases around Nov/Dec/Jan are in the system for about 15 weeks ( from start to end), which ties in with our predictions for end May?

I understand they are still struggling with november cases ( requested docs ) but don't understand why some cases got PR ( 23rd dec ).

There were some members who got their PR faster ( 2 months time ) having some occupations different from regular like retail manager or cook etc. They were in welfare or something. Look through this thread several pages back.

Immi split foreign countries in High Risk countries ( Asia, SE Europe etc ) and Low Risk countries ( UK, W Europe etc ). My understanding is that for HR countries there are some extra checks ( pcc, referal letters, current employment verification etc ). I don't know if this is still applicable but again, just a few months back there were some obvious cases of advantages of faster process.

Oh, don't know how to fill the time till outcome. Thanks to forum and this thread for sharing our suffer :notworthy:

Guys in my immiaccount its say acessment in progress and whrn I talk to my MARA agent today he said it's mean I have case officer but he cannot do anything untill he / she request anything So is it correct

But some1 said that " assessment in progress" appears even when you just lodged an application and it doesn't necessarily mean your case is allocated.

But thinking logically and coming from an MA that makes sense. Although , if you hold for 2 seconds the mouse over the words of status, the explanatory text says "will be assess" or similar. I hope it's right what your MA told you.

I cannot stand anymore, I'm going grey, I walk on hot coals. It's too much especially being offshore.

I've sent an email to immi asking about CO allocation although I have a MA. I hope don't bother anybody from immi. Hopefully Monday I'll have a reply or even an Outcome . Gpsingh did that yesterday and it worked and I heard it's working like that.

Do as HellOloLoO told to do so you'll be informed and have access to your application instantly. It's your right as MA aren't to quicky to reply or send updates.

Ok dear...i applied in november when u could apply both nomination and visa at the same time...rules changed recently ..now there is 2 step process ...

Actually there's no rule to apply simultaneously or separate. But my MA and employer thought is safer. Immi encourages to apply both at the same time to save time.

How we come to know that our nomination has been approved?

At the moment of visa lodgement I already had the nomination approved. It was a 2 steps process for my, nomination first and after that the visa application.

hav you been asked for additional documents ...you and me have lodged the same day.

Not any sign and actually they don't have docs to ask. I already have submited PCC and Health . I'm from HR country and extra checks could take the assessment to some extra days.

No, you can't. But having the TRN, other details requested for an immi account are personal.

I also have nomination approved, visa lodged on 9/12/2015.

Mate, your worries are worthless. I understand that Pcc is the last step before great GRANT so no later than early may you'll be APR ( Aussie Perm Resi ). Remove the stress and prepare to live the dream. If somethin' bad would have happend it should be till now.

Yes. I have an immi account, so I just import my TRN number and press confirm...Then all the information showed.

 

It said that the emails will send to my agent and I am only allowed to view the application ...

 

I am not going to touch anything just in case I press the wrong button

What you think is the next status after "assessment in progres" ??

Do they display "allocated" when a CO will look through? Or after the visa is granted will be dispayed "Granted" or things like that?

Anyone who got PR can help us with that?

Oh. I just tried to login. Yes the status is "assessment in progress".

How you did this, you selected the option "import details" from immi site?? Does that have impact in what MA will receive or it blocks his access to application?

She said some files from 14 of dec has been allocated and some not. She said I need to wait for couple of weeks .

Couple of weeks as yours is on 12 dec is not so encouraging. She is pessimistic as my MA. Let's hope sooner than couple of weeks. I see no reasons to swap applications rather than take it FIFO like.
