im actually moving to perth and i believe there are 8 types of REL's.

I do alot of servicing and maintenance work in the uk to do with commercial catering equipment and gas/oil burners as well as plumbing

and i want to hit the correct licence to cover these areas.

Hi all,

Can i enrol on a restricted electrical license (disconnect/reconnect) after i do my plumbing gap training.

I believe we have to contact energy safety for approval prior to enrolment but i was looking to see if anyone has gone through the process.

Did mine at college of nw London. Piss easy. Theory test in the morning and don't worry about this it was stupid simple. Practical was plumb in a sink and run h/c pipes to it, plumb in waste and pipe up a mild steel 1 meter length of pipe to simulate a gas carcus from combi jig. Bloody el you will wonder why you worried about it!lecturers are there to help you also. You will finish by mid afternoon.
