    I work in city.. As web admin.. v r 5 all together nd some staff is moved to warehouse... but they didn't leave any contact information or any letter for us to contact them.. i am scared as its been 14 months v r waiting for it nd now god knows

     

    Have you file already allocated to case officer?

    Hi, did u already finished and submitted health check & police check? I think these two documents are for visa. If u did, I think that should be fine of your visa documents. Have u already submitted all the requested documents?

    Not yet, cause they ask police check in overseas, I have submitted it when I applied, but they ask more fresh date(the one I submitted not expired), I am still waiting the new one.

    Immi also requested from me more info for nomination but they have not asked anything from my visa file.Does that mean they are ok with my visa file? Or they have not looked into my visa file!!

    You're wrong mate... they already allocated a case officer to your file otherwise how did you get nomination? :) whoever approved your nomination ,same person will approve your visa :) I'm 100% sure about it because I saw my friend's nomination and visa approvals who approved by same case officer :) Dont worry soon you.will hear good news.

    CO has requested documents for nomination approval..but he has not asked any document for my visa.

    Does that mean he is ok with all my visa documents or is it the case that he has not looked at my visa file??

    Nom 14/04 and visa 18/04, today immi ask additional documents.

    Which are:

    the newest BAS

    bank statement for recent 12 months

    lease of the restaurant

    contracts of employment

    contracts of suppliers such as coffee, food etc.

    PAYG and payslip

    health check

    AFP and overseas one

     

    many of those I have submitted when I lodge the case, but they ask again for it. Hope all of us get good news soon.

    Hi

     

    They have requested continuation of employment, work contract and Organisational Structure. These were all sent with original nomination however as we have crossed in to a new financial year they are requesting again.

    Have you also submitted new PAYG for the year 30th June 2016??

    I only submitted for 2013-14 and 2014-15

    My file was also opened within 6 months but then Immi had some questions related to my companies sponsorship. Human resource manager and my MA sorted out the issues by taking to CO directly but it delayed my visa approval for a month and then they requested some extra documents. After submitting the additional docs got my visa within 20 days.

     

    It seems most of us get our files open within 6 months but after that department does random internal and external checks which delay the processing. Specially people like us who are from HR country.

    My CO was allocated on last Thursday after nearly 7 months..then he asked for new contract,PAYG,pay slips etc..

    Hi All

     

    Firstly what a great forum, so much great support and helpful information.

     

    This is my first post here so hoping you guys may be able to give some assistance.

     

    My Timeline and profile:

     

    ENS 186 for Myself and Defacto partner - Both LR countries - Customer Service Manager

    Nomination Submitted by my HR team at work: 01/04/2016

    Visa Application Submitted by immigration agent: 01/09/2016

    Additional Docs Requested for Nomination: 02/11/2016

     

    From the forums experience do you think that now that the nomination is being looked at that my side of the application will be reviewed over the coming weeks?

     

    Alternatively, do you think there will still be a long wait for the application to be reviewed by a Case Officer?

     

    Unsure if the same case officer will likely review both sides of the application at a similar time. At least it seems there is a human somewhere looking at my application!

     

    Any advise regards whether I or my agent should attempt to contact immigration at this stage?

    Hi, I know someone whose MA has another case with a CO already - lodged 5th of April - but that's all I've heard so far..and I don't know if that really means that they'll be allocating our cases in general. There seems to be a number of unresolved cases from prior months..

    Hi we know very well if any document requested files delay so if we know about passport will expire soon it costs only 110$ ?? Renew before they ask you
