Would need to check with hubby dates for full timeline, however, I can tell you, we lodged visa on 25/6/13, co assigned 09/8/13, medicals completed 26/8/13, medicals uploaded 31/8/13, police checks uploaded 05/09/13 visa GRANTED 06/09/13!!! Full process has taken us around 18 months! Xx

Police check arrived yesterday! Emailed it to co yesterday afternoon!! Received e mail at 8 am this morning!!....visa is GRANTED!!!!!!!!! jumping for joy!! Xx

Hi to everyone who replied and helped to reassure me.... My police check arrived today and was clear! So I'm just waiting for my partners to arrive and then we will be lodging our 186 visa!! Can't think of anything else which will cause us any problems now!! So relieved and excited all at once :biggrin:

I really wouldn't worry too much, at most u may need to send them a note of apology and perhaps a character reference, however ur 'offence' seems pretty trivial so I'm sure u will be fine good luck... Keep us posted when u hear xx

We are at same stage as you Jamshi, just a matter of waiting I'm sure, sorry don't know anytime scales, depends on how smoothly Medicals and police checks go I guess, keep me posted on your progress, good luck xx

Guys I'm doing this through an agent who takes care of all the forwarding of documents etc, so pretty clueless to these terms like 'team 34' can anyone shed any light on this? I'm guessing its the different teams working on the visas, however why are some seeming notorious, ie team 34! And do they work with a particular state??

I just seen on another thread someone who applied same day as me got their co assigned yesterday!! Praying that this is good news for us all and they are getting round to our timeframe now!! Fingers x'd!!

as far as i am aware you can wait up to 5 weeks on co, however some people are getting them quicker, and i have heard of some people being granted their visa without even hearing from a co!!?? there is another thread on June lodge visa's which i have just joined, and most of us are in same boat waiting patiently on co.... good luck to you, keep us posted xx

5 weeks today for us, the wait is driving me insane. Surely we will get a case officer soon as I can't keep my fingers and toes crossed much longer.

Hi guys we are also part of the June lodgement gang! we lodged on 25th June, and like most of you, waiting patiently on co!!!! feel like the last 18 months have been one big waiting game!!!
