Hi,
Nomination has been submitted on 16thAug2013, DRC, Direct entry
Would you tell us which office did you applied to?
Hi,I have a question, does transit entry go faster than direct?
oh, it's an unknown variable

Hi was it decision ready by a MA? What profession if you don't mind me asking?
No DR, my employer applied himself. I'm software developer.

I'm in the same position submitted with all documents, DR, on 28th June. Mine is at the Melbourne COE, no case officer assigned as yet! I am in no rush to get it, but I still hate waiting!
Did you submit nomination only, or visa application as well?
On 2nd August we submitted nomination, also in Melbourne COE, still no news.

... - if your nomination and application are both in together (before either is approved - even if not lodged at the same time) they still get looked at together when they do get assessed whereas if your nomination is approved before you lodge your application then your application is then subject to another waiting period which again could be as long as their quoted 6-8 months. My understanding at least.
Your understanding is correct, this is exactly how the system works.

Hi guys employer has lodged my ens 186 application and it's been approved I have all the docs ready to go apart from the medicals . I have new born baby at 3 months old am I right in thinking that my little boy will require the full medical and chest X-ray also as he and my partner are all part of the application - any advice would be really appreciated. Cheers. Nick B
baby doesn't require X-ray

Yep. Same story.
Not until CO contacts you
Well, you can try, but likely get a standard advice to wait for 6 months
