he lodged 189 visa on 11/03/15 his ANZCO code is 261313 he has applied offshore visa with 60 points

Can you please advise when he can expect CO or grant, some people are getting grants even with later lodgement date

His status is assessment in progress

i want to sponsor my brother for 489 family sponsored visa he has 60 points for 189 visa and 70 points for 489

my question is that does he need to have a job offer to apply for 489 family sponsored visa in Victoria or not

and what are his chances to get the invitation in next round

my brother has applied for EOI on 04/02 for 189 with 60 points and 190 for Victoria with 65 points

but we didnot receive the invitation for any of the sub-classes

i heard they didnot send invitation for 60 points

does anyone knows what going on with DIBP

we have recently applied EOI for my bother .

he is a Software engineer and he applied EOI for 190 for Victoria with 65 points and 189 with 60 points,today i just find out that NSW also opened invitations

can someone please advise me that should we apply for NSW aswell or the chances are good to get invitation for 189

i was just filling form for EOI for my brother

his ANZCO code is 261313

My question is that he has been accessed by ACS for 3.4 years but his actual work experience is 5.4 years

so while filling EOI should i mention 5.4 or 3.4

Someone told me to write 5.4 and it depends on Case officer whether he accepts 5.4 or 3.4 years

I was checking the website for NT they says Offshore applicants must provide evidence of having received an offer of employment in their nominated occupation or a closely related occupation does it means that he needs to have a job offer to apply state sponsorship,please advise

Yesterday he received ACS assessment report, and he got positive result with 3 years and months experience

tomorrow he is appearing for IELTS,and he can only get 6 bands not 7.
