<p>We went for SS for Qld but since have changed our mind and thinking more for Adelaide, cheaper houses, more jobs etc.</p>

<p> </p>

<p>Not sure when to go...this is the problem at the moment do we put pur house up for sale and see if we sell it within 12 months and go, or go and validate and move over sometime within the next 5 yrs..... going validating though takes a big chunk out of our savings etc.</p>

<p>We had the house up for sale a few yrs ago and didnt sell or had sill offers and the housing market is still the same....so who knows.</p>

<p>Do you have an house to sell.</p>

<p>I know its a rip off with all the money we have had to pay out ....just seems like money money money or stress stress stress all the time.</p>

<p>But am sure its worth its...have you been before?</p>
