<p>Mick keeps moaning that I've not caught up with you but so much is going on. </p>

<p>Our tenants dropped out but Lewis and his friends have a plan - we also had another viewing yesterday so I'm not too bothered about the house.</p>

<p>We should meet up soon. We are off on holiday on Thursday for two weeks. Will be sending you an invite in the post to a do on the 4th, will you also make Hammer aware please.</p>
