For what it's worth I am in Melbourne, applied online on 19/1 (and received an acknowledgement email straight away), received an email invitation on 7/2 and sat my test yesterday 27/2.

Can you double check you gave them the correct email address?

Yep. There's no untethered jailbreak for 6.x for an iPhone 4s yet is there?

Current on 5.0.1 I'm getting loads of 'sim failure' and apparently an update will help reduce/solve this.

I have seen many similar messages about Tink and have read many of her wonderful posts which make me smile even on those days when smiling was not top of my agenda.

We have passed each other in other threads on here but have not really conversed, but I do no she is one of the cornerstones of this forum.

Let's hope this helps to catch others now while they are still walking and talking.

I thought about this the other day. Whilst all this news is shocking I just wonder if it is still going in today and can lesson be learnt from this to stop future abuses.

When we first rented in Berwick there was phone sockets installed but not wired to the network (which had been run to the house). It took the TeStrs engineer just a few minutes to connect it all up.

Spent 8 happy years in Melbourne, only left because I got use to the warmth in summer and couldn't stand anything below 22. 97% of members who were on here and live in Melbourne that I know personally used the forum to get the information they wanted and are now too busy enjoying their life over here to come back on and post, which is such a shame.

And then there's the sad 3% who should be cooking breakfast on a sunday morning but are instead cuddled up on the sofa with the dog and the iPad!

I love it here in Melbourne, we arrived exactly 4 years ago yesterday so now it's time for us to apply for citizenship! Now where the heck do I begin.....

Good luck with the team! If you ever start something very casual then my daughter might like to join in, but she only turns 13 next week! She used to play in an indoor league and she was the only girl and felt she was disregarded to some extent.

Haha, I was in Pahran market in S Melbourne on qualifying day this year, it's a couple of miles from albert park and we were on a busy street and could still hear the F1 cars clearly!
